Appointments & Cancellations Policy

Your appointment time at Warrick Psychiatry LLC is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen events occasionally interfere with your schedule, but we ask that you prioritize your telehealth sessions to maintain the consistency and quality of your care.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocol

• 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellation and No-Show Fee: Missed appointments or late cancellations (made with less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a fee of $60.00.

• Insurance Disclaimer: Please be aware that insurance companies do not cover fees for missed appointments; you will be personally responsible for paying this $60.00 fee out-of-pocket.

• Practice Termination: Repeated no-shows or chronic late cancellations disrupt the schedule and prevent other patients from receiving care. Multiple infractions may result in termination from the practice.

 

Financial Responsibility & Payment & Billing

• Payment at Time of Service: Payment for all services—including co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay fees—is due at the time of your session.

• Insurance Billing: If we are in-network with your insurance, we will bill them directly on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for any portion of the bill that your insurance does not cover.

• Outstanding Balances: All outstanding balances, including missed appointment fees, must be settled in full prior to scheduling any future appointments.
